So many people like to stay up late, be it catching their favorite serials or playing games, it’s not good for their health. Lack of sleep might lead to heart disease, severe weight gain or weight loss and mood swings. To make things even worse, in the morning they rely on coffee which will create an addiction to the sugary drink. Our tip is to try to sleep more and to swap your coffee with tea in the morning, as doing this will make sure that you stay alert during your job.
